Utica Greens Diva Farms

Ingredients

Small head of Escarole (about 2 cups)
1 tbl spoon Diva Farm Minced Garlic with Red Pepper
1/2 lbs Cherry peppers, or Italian peppers
1/4 cup of Prosciutto
1/4 cup of Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
2 Tbsp of Italian Romano Grated Cheese

Directions:
This is a great dish to share between two people…
When cooking use a oven proof fry pan and this dish is placed under a
broiler for a couple of minutes.
Chop of the small head of Escarole and rinse well at least twice.
Seed and Chop peppers
Heat the olive oil in fry pan..
Add Diva Farm Minced Garlic With Red Pepper and the Prosciutto (heat for a
few minutes till the pepper begins to soften, Stirring frequently)
Add Escarole.
Continue heating till the Escarole is wilted about 5 minutes. Stirring
frequently.
When the Escarole is wilted add the cheese and half of the bread crumbs. Mix
well.
Remove the fry pan from the heat top with the remaining bread crumbs and
place under a broiler for a few moments till the bread crumbs begin to turn
brown.

Serve immediately.. and Buono Appetito
